20% additional cost, 2 extra persons = 35%
Final cleaning: € 30 (Type AP-A2); € 50 (Type AP-B4).
If heating is required it is charged at rate of € 8 (Type AP-A2) and € 15 (Type AP-B4) per day.
Security deposit: € 200 (Type AP-A2); € 300 (Type AP-B4).
Supplementary charges for Christmas/New Year's Eve holiday: + 50%
The residence tax is not included in the price and is paid € 1 (Inf. 12-18: 50%) per person and per day.
Single registration for arrival and for departure per person: € 6. Insurance € 1 per person and per day.
All other taxes included. Payment possibility in national currency at the exchange rate on the payment day.
