Stay of 1 night: + 100%; Stay of 2 nights: + 50%. Additional bed (+2): 1 extra person: + 25%; 2 extra persons: + 50%.
Final cleaning: EUR 30 (Type AP-A2); EUR 50 (Type AP-B4).
If heating is required it is charged at rate of EUR 8 (Type AP-A2) and EUR 15 (Type AP-B4) per day.
Security deposit: EUR 200 (Type AP-A2); EUR 300 (Type AP-B4).
Supplementary charges for holidays (Easter, Whitsunday, All Saints, Christmas - New Year’s Eve): + 50%.
The residence tax is not included in the price and is paid EUR 1 (Inf. 12-18: 50%) per person and per day.
Single registration for arrival and for departure per person: EUR 6. Insurance EUR 1 per person and per day.
